Lesson 4: Electronic or digital drawing

Finger or e-Pen, your choice with your app on Tablet/iPad.

Observational Digital drawing choices can range from creating a nice photograph of your work and passing it on, to exploring an app/program on your phone or tablet, and sending that to friends (David Hockney loved iPad drawing for this). You are welcome to continue working in paper. I recommend downloading Autodesk Sketchbook Pro, or ArtSet (both free) if you don’t already have a favourite app. Each app has its own way of working, so we will do our best to advise on how to draw. There are settings to set and pens to create, so if you simply want to draw, find a quick sketchbook to use. Art can be anything, so enjoy whatever you can find. The key is to get it from your device to your viewers.
