Over 40 years, and learning about classical old Masters techniques from my Uncle, a natural born curious person who looked all this up and taught it to me… I painted so much. Looking over these paintings one sees the deep seated attraction to Abstraction, to painting what something felt like, the impression made - it must be deeply rooted.
